Intercontinental Consultants LLC (ICLLC), an investment advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. ICLLC provides independent investment advice to its clients compensated by a fee based upon market value of the portfolio.
Intercontinental Asset Management Group, Ltd. (IAMG), member SIPC, a registered broker/dealer licensed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. IAMG executes trades on behalf of its clients on a commission basis. Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. acts as the custodian for customer accounts. These are insured without limit up to the net credit balance.
